My Story
I am Sharon LeShane, and like many people, I spent much of my life on autopilot, rarely considering how greater self-awareness and personal growth could transform the way I experienced life.
My perspective changed profoundly following the unexpected death of my sister, Darlene Doyle.
Darlene was 11 years old when she and her friend, Karen, who was 12, lost their lives in a tragic vehicle accident in 1984. Although many years passed, the grief remained.
More than two decades later, I wrote a poem in Darlene’s memory and opened my heart to forgiveness. The poem, DD, became the beginning of a deeply transformative chapter in my life. In time, it led me to a greater sense of freedom, peace, and unity. It changed the way I related to myself, to others, and to the world around me.
During this pivotal period, I experienced the transformative power of coaching alongside a variety of complementary wellbeing practices. Having a trusted partner who created space for reflection, asked thoughtful questions, and challenged my assumptions helped me gain clarity, uncover my own answers, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
Inspired by that experience, I trained as a life coach and pursued certifications in complementary wellbeing practices. I later expanded my expertise into executive leadership coaching and continue to pursue advanced coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation.
Today, I partner with leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals to navigate challenges, broaden perspectives, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My coaching is grounded in the belief that people are naturally resourceful and capable of discovering their own best path when given the space to reflect, explore new perspectives, and move forward with intention.
While my work has evolved over the years, my purpose has remained the same: to create a supportive and empowering space where people can recognize the strengths they already possess, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and intention.
Whether I’m working with an executive leading organizational change, an entrepreneur navigating growth, or an individual seeking greater clarity and resilience, my goal is the same: to create a space where meaningful insight leads to purposeful action.
My experiences have taught me that lasting growth rarely comes from having all the answers. It comes from having the courage to ask better questions, reflect deeply, and take intentional action. That is the approach I bring to every coaching partnership.
