Background

I am Sharon LeShane, and like many people, I spent much of my life on autopilot, rarely considering how greater awareness and personal development could create inner peace. My journey shifted profoundly many years after the unexpected death of my sister, Darlene Doyle. She transitioned at age 11 with her friend, who was 12, after a tragic vehicle accident in 1984. Writing a poem in her memory in 2005 and later opening my heart to forgiveness helped me release long-held grief and find greater freedom and confidence. The poem is called DD [Read the poem here]

After forgiveness had set me free, I trained in Coaching and Reiki and launched my business. My offerings gradually expanded to include Laya Yoga, Meditation, Sound Alchemy and Women’s Circles. I also created the transformational and empowering group coaching and spiritual programs: Awaken Your Authentic Self, Sacred Feminine Rising and Lead Yourself First.

With a background as a Chartered Professional Accountant, business consultant, and post-secondary business instructor, expanding into business coaching and consulting was a natural progression to respond to my clients’ evolving needs. In response to these changes, I rebranded as LeShane Synergy.

Using “Synergy” as the new business name felt aligned, because it’s the principle that the combined effect of two or more elements is greater than the sum of their individual effects. LeShane Synergy integrates Life and Leadership Coaching with Business Consulting and Holistic Wellness. This creates a powerful unified framework designed to help clients lead more fulfilling personal and professional lives.
